The second in a series of commissions by 
Earth Elemental: [link]
The description said she's very dreamy and naive, and a lot more powerful and dangerous than she realizes herself, so I tried to get that in her expression and pose.
The composition is a lot more dynamic than the earth one, because, well, it's 'air' ! And the wings are made of.. eh rubber. Yes.

Feline Guardian:
The most elusive of all Guardians, he comes trailing cloud-fog and star-dust in his wake. Often it seems as though he appears from no where, manifesting suddenly only when something or someone threatens his charge.
Elemental:
Ilajia is the Second Born, Queen of the Air signs; Libra, Aquarious and Gemini.
Also known as the Goddess of Dreams, she is eternally content – she has no complaints of her station, nor does she have any fondness of it. She is always Dreaming for the Living, giving out hopes and aspirations to all that Exists.
Rare are those who oppose her; her powers are more than considerable. Indeed, so much so that her Guardian serves more as protection for others from her, than for her.
She has the power to give and take away hopes and dreams.
And without said hopes and dreams, whatever that Exists will have nothing to Be.
