Fanart of World of Warcraft Burning Crusade.
I always watch my lil sis play and thought the designs of the new races were just too cool!! Their primary bright colours where calling me; "Make fanart!!" I couldn't resist.  Good exercise for painting and dynamic poses. The armor, weapons and magic where a lot of fun to design! I don't play myself, so am completely unaware of any mistakes compared to the games' rules and looks. Many thanks to  who helped me through the struggle of anatomy- and composition- improvement over the chat ALL NIGHT LONG. At like 5 am we say ' see you tomorrow' and then go to bed  His tips and critique really pushed this to a next level, in my opinion, and it was great fun! btw: I'm a great GREAT fan of the official blizzard artist called WANG WEI who has a dA account here [link] but no blizzard artwork here. Does anybody know his official site/artbook/etc? He makes the best paintings and also illustrations for the Trading Card Game. --> [link] [link] ------------------------------- Adobe photoshop cs3 and opencanvas 4.5 wacom tablet couple of days. |
