I'd kindof forgotten how messy this is, and how gay the main character is.. ah well.
Learned a lot from this, still not quite what it's supposed to be, but a bit step forwards. I try to forget the fact that this took me 3 months..
This was really lovely to read! I know this is some of your older works but I just found it so fun to read! The pacing and suspense was done really well!
Amazing little piece and very very unique concept and refreshing take on the "coffee shop scene".
I like how you never really explain what they really are, besides non-human and because of the woman's words and mannerisms I thought of them as two of the "Horsemen of the Apocalypse" with her being War (but that's are just my interpretation).
The design of both characters is very nice, and the clothing choice is great historically-wise, especially with the female character. I like how she has that "elegant villain" look to her, somewhat like a mix between Cruella de Vil (sp?) and Maleficent (and even Ursula's jewelry).
Fantastic piece.

hey thanks so much! years after I did this comic, I think I tried too hard and made things a bit too vague (too ambitious complicated storylines are never a good thing) but happy to hear some people get what I was aiming for, yay!
And also very pleased to hear you like the designs. Elegant villains are the best

Well behaved women rarely make history.
