Tried my hand at a Hyung Tae Kim inspired piece, and had some fun with character design. That little piece of food is our mascot.

I actually like the green shades in this one. If you study the HTK 'korean style' of digital painting, you see that they usual use greys and purple for the shades. I thought the cold greens would balance nicely with the orange and yellow (which are our circle's colours) The waitress-concept is far from original, i know, shuuu.

Go huge hips and seperate-toe-sneakers!!!

HTK is based on 3 base principles;

Seperate toe slippers
Huge hips and tits (blunt I know...)

and you forgot one..

butt petals...! XD Much of his characters have buttflaps! XD

But... that doesn't matter at all, because your art rocks anyway, and first thing that popped in my mind was; Woah look how HTW-ish it is! ^_^ I know how hypocritical it is to say this when I'm on DA, but I'm not even trying to draw something, because I'm not that good at all! ^_^;
